Who we are
Çırpık FPS (cirpik.com) is a free browser game run by Recep Tayyip Kılıç, the data controller. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect, why, and for how long

Legal basis. Running the game and your account: performance of our agreement with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)). Security, fair play, moderation and the anonymous daily totals: our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
Sign in with Google
You can sign in with your Google account instead of a password. If you do, Google tells us two things: an identifier for your Google account, which we keep to recognise you the next time, and your Gmail address with whether Google has verified it. A verified address becomes your account's e-mail — the one used to sign in with a code and to reset your password — unless your account already has one, so you do not have to type and confirm it again; an unverified one is not kept. We do not ask Google for your name or photo, and we receive neither. You choose your username here, as with any account. Google's own privacy policy applies to what happens on Google's side (policies.google.com/privacy).
Cookies and browser storage
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in (refresh_token
and cirpik_has_session, 30 days) and, while you sign in with Google or create
an account with an e-mail code, to finish that safely (cirpik_google_state,
cirpik_google_result, cirpik_google_signup and
cirpik_email_signup, 15 minutes at most). Your browser's storage keeps your
settings and player ID. There are no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party
trackers.
Who else sees it
Our servers are in Türkiye. Cloudflare (a US company) delivers the web page and sees your IP address, as any content-delivery network does. If you sign in with Google, Google (a US company) carries out that sign-in on its side. Other players see your name, your score and what you write in chat. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. The messages we send to your e-mail address (sign-in codes, verification and password-reset links, notices that your password changed or that your account will be deleted) go out through Resend (Resend, Inc., a US company; we use its EU region in Ireland), which receives that address and the message. We do not track whether you open them or click their links.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to get a copy of it (KVKK Art. 11; GDPR Arts. 15–21). To delete your account, use PROFILE › ACCOUNT › Delete account: it is deleted 14 days after you ask, and you can sign in and cancel at any time before then. Then your username, e-mail address, password, settings, Google link, career, missions, rating and match records are erased; a ban stays tied to the account's internal number without its name, and the moderation log keeps what happened without the name. Server logs that mention the account are gone within about 7 days. You can also write to [email protected] from the account's e-mail address, or tell us the username — we answer within 30 days. Anonymous daily totals are kept. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye: the KVKK Board).
Age
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
Changes
We update this page when what we collect changes; the date at the top says when it last changed.

Toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebep. Veriler oyunu oynarken ve hesabını kullanırken elektronik ortamda, otomatik yollarla toplanır. Oyunun ve hesabının işletilmesi: sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK md. 5/2-c). Güvenlik, adil oyun, moderasyon ve anonim günlük toplamlar: veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati (KVKK md. 5/2-f).
Google ile giriş
Şifre yerine Google hesabınla giriş yapabilirsin. Bunu seçersen Google bize iki şey iletir: Google hesabının kimlik numarası — bir sonraki girişte seni tanımak için bunu saklarız — ve Gmail adresin ile Google'ın onu onaylayıp onaylamadığı. Onaylı adres, hesabında zaten bir e-posta yoksa hesabının e-postası olur (kodla giriş ve şifre sıfırlama için kullanılan adres); böylece onu yeniden yazıp onaylaman gerekmez. Onaylanmamış adres saklanmaz. Google'dan adını ya da fotoğrafını istemeyiz ve ikisini de almayız. Kullanıcı adını, her hesapta olduğu gibi, burada sen seçersin. Google tarafında olanlar için Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir (policies.google.com/privacy).
Çerezler ve tarayıcı depolaması
Yalnız oturumunu açık tutmak (refresh_token ve
cirpik_has_session, 30 gün) ve Google ile girişi ya da e-posta koduyla hesap
açmayı güvenle tamamlamak (cirpik_google_state,
cirpik_google_result, cirpik_google_signup ve
cirpik_email_signup, en fazla 15 dakika) için zorunlu çerezler kullanılır;
ayarların ve oyuncu kimliğin tarayıcı depolamasında tutulur. Reklam ya da analiz çerezi,
üçüncü taraf izleyici yoktur.
Aktarım
Sunucularımız Türkiye'dedir. Web sayfası, ABD merkezli Cloudflare tarafından dağıtılır; bu kapsamda IP adresin yurt dışında işlenir (KVKK md. 9). Google ile giriş yaparsan bu giriş, ABD merkezli Google tarafında gerçekleşir. Diğer oyuncular ismini, skorunu ve sohbete yazdıklarını görür. Verilerin satılmaz, reklam için paylaşılmaz. E-posta adresine gönderdiğimiz mesajlar (giriş kodları, doğrulama ve şifre sıfırlama linkleri, şifrenin değiştiği ya da hesabının silineceği bildirimleri) ABD merkezli Resend, Inc. üzerinden (AB / İrlanda bölgesi) gönderilir; Resend bu adresi ve mesajı işler (KVKK md. 9). Mesajları açıp açmadığını ya da linklerine tıklayıp tıklamadığını takip etmeyiz.
Hakların (KVKK md. 11)
Verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, aktarıldığı tarafları bilme, itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme hakların vardır. Hesabını silmek için PROFİL › HESAP › Hesabı sil'i kullan: hesap, istediğin günden 14 gün sonra silinir; o zamana kadar giriş yapıp iptal edebilirsin. Sonra kullanıcı adın, e-posta adresin, şifren, ayarların, Google bağlantın, kariyerin, görevlerin, beceri puanın ve maç kayıtların silinir; bir ban, adı olmadan hesabın iç numarasına bağlı kalır ve moderasyon kaydı ne olduğunu adı olmadan tutar. Hesabı anan sunucu kayıtları yaklaşık 7 gün içinde silinir. İstersen hesabın e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine yaz ya da kullanıcı adını belirt — en geç 30 gün içinde cevap verilir. Anonim günlük toplamlar korunur. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunma hakkın saklıdır.
Yaş
Hesap açmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın; 18 yaşından küçüksen veli ya da vasinin izni gerekir.
